PC users:

1. Right mouse click on the file link of the document you would like to download.
2. A menu will appear. In Netscape choose 'Save Link As' and in Internet Explorer 'Save Target As'.
3. Save the document to your desktop.
4. Once the file has finished saving, double click the file to view the document.

Mac users:

1. Hold down the 'control key' and click with the mouse on the file link of the document you would like to download.
2. A menu will appear. In Netscape choose 'Save this Link as' and in Internet Explorer choose 'Download Link to Disk'.
3. Save the document to your desktop.
4. Once the file has finished saving, double click the file to view the document.
